These commentaries on the Text are presented both to be downloaded (and printed or saved), and to be read on the screen of your computer, tablet, or phone. As of June, 2021 this site now has commentaries on the Preface, Introduction, and Chapters 1 to 31—the entire Text. In June, 2023, I completed completed commentaries on the Manual for Teachers and the Clarification of Terms, so the entire Course has been covered. In the link table above these follow C31 for the Text, and begin with an "M".

Important Note:
These commentaries were written over a period of 22 years, beginning in January, 1999. When I began, the most current and complete edition of the Course was the 2nd edition published by the Foundation for Inner Peace (FIP). My commentaries were based on that version at least up until the 88th one on Chapter 11, Section VI. At some point when I started teaching a new group beginning at Chapter 1, I began inserting alternative and additional material from the Urtext (a copy of what is believed to be Bill Thetford's original typescript, or at least the first "cleaned up" version). However, I am not sure exactly when I began to write comments that included this additional material.
Beginning with the commentary on T-21.IV, I used the Complete and Annotated Edition (CE) of the Course which is published by The Circle of Atonement (2017). The Urtext material has now been incorporated into the CE, which is based on Helen Schucman's handwritten notes, prior even to the Urtext, so I am no longer referencing the Urtext.
Thus the commentaries go through three stages:
